SHIPPING

Refould ships to:

  • Italy
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 24/48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: delivery times may vary depending on destination country

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.


ORDER TRACKING

When available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.


DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

Upon delivery, customers are required to verify:

  • package integrity
  • absence of tampering
  • correspondence between received parcels and order details

Any visible issue must be immediately reported to the courier and notified to Refould within 48 hours of delivery.

Once delivery has been accepted without reservation, claims related to transport damage may not be accepted.


DELAYS AND FAILED DELIVERIES

Refould shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • strikes
  • weather conditions
  • customs inspections
  • force majeure events

If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or recipient unavailability, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to:

  • customs duties
  • local taxes
  • import fees

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • sign with specific reservation
  • take photographs of the packaging
  • contact customer support immediately
