Refund policy

 

At Refould, we want to guarantee you a simple and reliable shopping experience. If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.


RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a request via email including:

  • order number
  • full name, address and email
  • item(s) to be returned
  • reason for the return

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original condition
  • include original tags and packaging
  • show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refould reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • The first return related to a specific item is free of charge, with the possibility of an additional charge of €2.00 depending on the shipping location. If applicable, this charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • From the second return of the same item onward, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact customer support via email.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Carefully package the product.
  4. Ship the return following the provided instructions.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • photos of both the package and the product must be provided

Any visible anomalies must be reported to the courier upon delivery.


REFUNDS

Once the return has been received and inspected:

  • the refund will be processed within 14 days
  • the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
  • Partial Refund: a refund issued after deducting a €2.00 surcharge (based on the geographic area) from the total amount of the return

Refould may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.


EXCLUSIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories
  • products used or damaged by the customer
  • products without original tags
  • personalized or made-to-order items

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Refould shall not be held responsible for:

  • delays caused by the courier
  • failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • damages resulting from failure or delay in reporting issues upon delivery
  • force majeure events
